The following is the supply list for the 2010-11 School Year. Happy Shopping!
The summer order dates for Scrip are : June 7, June 14, July 5, July 19, August 2, August 9, August 23. Regular weekly ordering will resume with the 8/23 order. Visit shopwithscrip.com to place your summer order. Orders with payment must be received at the parish office by 9 a.m. each order date. Orders will be filled on Thursday of each order week and may be picked up at the parish office anytime after noon. Other arrangements may be made for order pick up. Please call Kathy George at 773-8661 with any questions or to make different pick up plans.
We are asking all families to donate at least 10 hours of service next year to our school. This will be calculated as “time spent” except for a few opportunities. We have opportunities that include working at school and at home. The volunteer form link is below. Thanks so much!
Come enjoy an evening of fun with your Catholic friends and Seminarians at Hammons Field on Wednesday, August 11, 2010. The pre-game ceremony will include a first pitch thrown by Bishop Leibrecht and Bishop Johnston. See details and ticket information on the attached flyer.
You can place orders throughout the SUMMER so your order will be available for the ICE CREAM SOCIAL! Just print and mail your order form and payment to the school by JULY 16th (531 S. Jefferson, Springfield, MO 65806). This is perfect for the student polos for the upcoming school year, they tend to hold their color better and even have the school logo on them!

Fleece can be ordered by anyone, but are only approved for grades 6-8 to be worn in school. Many parents have purchased them for themselves! Be sure to indicate whether you want the STAMPED logo or the EMBROIDERED logo.

Please refer to our new uniform code. Some additions have been made. Please note that you MUST purchase uniform items from our vendors. Grades 6-8 will be able to order a fleece instead of a sweatshirt. The fleece order form may be downloaded. Thanks!
